What is covered

If the material or the manufacturing doesn't hold up, we keep our word.

The voluntary product warranty applies exclusively to defects whose cause already lies in the material or in the manufacturing of the Ducato panel. That includes, for example, a material-related fracture during intended use, a faulty material structure, or demonstrably faulty manufacturing.

Defects arising during normal, intended use
Openings that were properly drilled, sawed, filed or sanded
Claims made within five years of the purchase date

Not covered

Accident, impact, drop or transport damage after receipt
Incorrect installation, overloading or use for other purposes
Damage from incorrect drilling, excessive pressure or other improper working
Normal wear and tear as well as purely cosmetic signs of use

The small print – in plain language

Warranty terms.

Warranty provider: NT DESIGN / Scantrix 3D, Nick Todsen, Hauptstraße 33a, 24975 Husby, Germany.

Duration: The warranty starts on the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase and ends after five years. The warranty card and the proof of purchase serve as evidence.

Your own openings: Properly executed drilling, sawing, filing or sanding leaves the warranty intact. The only exclusions are damages caused directly by improper working, for example excessive pressure, tilting the tool, or failing to place a support underneath when drilling.

Remedy: Once a material or manufacturing defect has been acknowledged, the warranty service consists exclusively of supplying a replacement panel free of charge. This voluntary warranty does not give rise to any claim for a refund of the purchase price, for installation/removal costs, or for any other consequential costs.

Important: This product warranty is a voluntary additional service. It does not limit your statutory warranty rights and remedies for defects against the seller.

This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
